Speeding Up Graphics and Web Browser on Atomic Pi.

okay what's up guys it's very computing back today and we're gonna be doing another video on the atomic PI how to speed up maybe watching youtube videos or videos online and just your overall web browsing experience so for watching videos I found in the BIOS is actually a little title up here if you go to chipset and go to North Bridge this is where you can allocate right there we allocate six graphics memory size these fighting back device so this will pre allocate memory ooh in theory make them run better so what you can do is you can go all the way up to 512 megabytes which is what I'm gonna do I haven't played around with it a whole bunch to see if there's a different size it works the best but that's what I'm gonna do and then Save Changes so get right back up I'll meet you back on the desktop okay so now that we're all booted up back on the desktop we need to go to our menu and we need to start searching for system info and we go ahead and click on it and then when it loads up you go to memory and you can see that it shows 1.4 gigabytes so that tells us that it did reallocate the 512 megabytes to our graphics now depending on what operating system you're running or what kind of programs you have you may not want to allocate all that space you may just want to do like 200 megabytes or something like that but I've been running editing software on here and it's pretty stable so I'm gonna get go ahead and keep it like that something close out of that and when we go to Firefox it's a way we can speed up Firefox for YouTube videos and gameplay and stuff if we go to our preferences up here and we go down to privacy and security and you scroll down aways and we go to history if we use this drop-down box to go to use custom settings for history go ahead and click to always use a private browsing mode so basically this will block all the ads that try to come in that it's trying to load in the background so when you're trying to load a YouTube video or a game online you won't lag as bad because he's not having to do all that work in the background so that's it for today's tutorial hope you guys liked it give it a thumbs up if he did and go ahead and give it a thumbs down if he did not like it and as always subscribe or if you have any questions or concerns put that in the comment section below and if you want to see more videos from me hit that Bell and Acacia button I'll see you guys later
