  1. So we gon act as if the biggest black musician in history never existed? Michael Jackson broke the internet when he passed away in 2009, he should've been included.

  2. Great video ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹

  3. We are innovators, we are icons, we are resilient, we are overcomers! In the words of Langston Hughes โ€œI too Am Americaโ€ Happy Black History Month!

  4. WHERE IS MICHAEL JACKSON! He broke the internet in 2009, and is still one of the most searched people in HIStory! I am truly disappointed to see you would not include one of the most important people in black HIStory music HIStory and all HIStory. Otherwise, this video is great.

  5. Michael Jackson is more popular than Jesus, white propaganda made MLK a โ€œdreamerโ€ and propped up the I Have Dream Speech as a primer, you know what Iโ€™m a head out…. This is a google commercial

  6. 1. I love this video.
    2. Gregory Hines is a very famous tap dancer. He is searched more than Eleanor Powell (there's a tap dance move named after her), the Nicholas Brothers (individually OR collectively), Leonard Reed (attributed choreographer of the Shim Sham Shimmy, the National Anthem of Tap), or Bill "Bojangles" Robinson (whose birthday George H. W. Bush turned into National Tap Dance Day in 1989). He is not searched for as much as Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, or Shirley Temple, who are all also broadly known as actors, yes, but also tap dancers. So yes Gregory Hines definitely deserves to be honored for his major contributions to tap dancing, just not as the most searched tap dancer. Cause he isn't. But hot dang is he good.

  7. googles home page the misleading title is….Black History Month: celebrate Black culture and history in the U.S….butย according to the left wing maniacs blacks are oppressed and america is racist..don't worry the fact checkers will debunk that to

  8. Sooooo, this should be evidence against any forms of lingering racism in America… right? Because the conclusion one might draw from this ad is that black people are leading in every aspect of American culture rather than being excluded from it

  9. We used this video as the inspiration for our Black History Month display in my office this year. Our BHM project last year had a whole lot more notable and unsung individuals and events in it (including MJ and Hendrix) but some of ya'll are completely ignoring the title of this video. This video is not about the most popular black idols (although a lot of them are here) but who was most searched in a particular category over a particular period of time. If it wasn't MJ or Hendrix or your favorite, I'm sorry but as one of only a handful of black people in my office (in a County position), this video made me proud as hell. Good job Google!

  10. Okay everyone, listen up: Google may have not included Michael Jackson, but they are only human. They may have simply forgotten. And looking past a single mistake, it is pretty damn incredible what Google has put together to celebrate this race, this ethnicity. So yes, I think that we should be looking at the significance and magnitude of this video and what it means rather than narrowly focusing on this one accident.

  11. I dont get why google have to make a video to celebrate a specific race, it's just feels odd and off. Every race is equal.

  12. I love this so much, it's so inspiring and makes me feel better about how far our race has came in the last 50 or so years.

  13. And now this will be the most watched video/commercial!!!
    ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฟ

  14. No we know the difference between entertainment and history Google. If Daft Punk's – Get Lucky is searched more than the French Revolution, does that make Daft Punk more worthy of a historical recognition over the Revolution? Nope. It was a simple task of how to use data and you failed.

  15. I know Tyler Perry aka. Madea(!) is one of the most searched actor-directors! But, thanks anyway Google. I've rewatched many, many times! Btw: Michael Jackson > Anita Baker > Toni Braxton > Chaka Khan > Whitney Houston.

  16. I know yal going to hate me for this but Michael Jackson live most of his life as a white man. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  17. Yesssss I love this so much Iโ€™m so addicted to it I canโ€™t stop watching it . Countdown is one of my favorite songs I literally canโ€™t stop rewinding the beginning Soooooo on POINT !!!!

  18. Rise ๐Ÿ‘ rise ๐Ÿ‘ rise ๐Ÿ‘ this made me cry. I wish MLK was here today to see how much his dreams are coming true. Happy Black History Month! Keep making history ๐Ÿ˜ญ itโ€™s so inspiring ๐Ÿ’•

  19. I'm glad they didn't include Michael Jackson. He's a child molester. But they should've included Hendrix, B.B. King, one of these. If they would have included Jimi Hendrix, man, this would be an even greater commercial. At least they included Prince

  20. EVERYTHING ICONIC ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

  21. I stg for Google to even make a collage abt US speaks volumes but this is whats wrong wit black folks now. We claim we so proud and happy yet ungrateful and selfish. The meaning of the Black History video is to show whats the most searched on Google, even tho MJ broke Google back in 09 it broke surrounding his death. Nothing inspirational or positive came from him breaking Google it was a very sad day. MJ shouldnt be praised by Google if they didnt feel like they should have, no matter what we feel you cant lie that Google took what I feel months to create something momumental and beautiful for us Blacks to enjoy for the month as a way of feeling remembered and important and for that, be thankful that we are not forgotten at all. Thank you Google, when I first seen this weeks ago Ive had a wave full of emotions bc we were taught EVERYTHING you shared in this video in school. History. Black History.โœŠ๐Ÿพ

  22. Where would Michael even go? Most searched what? I think they know about their own data. Please just enjoy the video
